The product we choose is a set of 45 comics of Doraemon. This is the oldest version set published in 1992 when Doraemon is first arrived Hong Kong. According to the translation, Doraemon was called as 叮噹(Ding Don) in Hong Kong at that time. Thus, the name printed on this set of comic is 叮噹(Ding Don). Compared with today Doraemon comics with the name 多啦A夢(Doraemon), the old version is very rare.
Since Doraemon is a cartoon character in 1990s, it is something that accompanied the childhood of many people. Most of the people of that time loved Doraemon very much. However, the publish company decided to change the name 叮噹(Ding Don) to 多啦A夢(Doraemon) because of relating to the orginal name of Japanese in 1998. The Doraemon comics published after 1998 were all with the name 多啦A夢(Doraemon) on the cover, but not 叮噹(Ding Don).
Many people claimed that the name 叮噹(Ding Don) is more cordial to them. Hence, they want to have the collection of the old version of the Doraemon comics.
